All items are FINAL! Unfortunately, KoolByK DOES NOT offer returns or exchanges. All KoolByK creations are handmade & customized and can not be returned because they can not be resold. 

If products are damaged during shipping, they can be replaced with like items. Please email me at Koolbykllc@gmail.com with photo proof of damages within 7-10 business days of delivery. Once confirmed replaced items will be shipped out. 

Can I make changes to my order once it is purchased?

We apologize but all orders are final and can not be changed once they are placed.
